Responsibilities

• Prepare and display fresh meat products in the farm shop with attention to quality and presentation.
• Assist customers with their selections, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Ensure all food safety standards and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the butchery counter.
• Support stock management, including receiving deliveries and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications
